Do you like to drink fruit juice or milk?

I like to drink milk more than fruit juice. Although both have a lot of benefit for health I still like milk. Because I like warm milk before go to bed. It makes me feel relax and feel good.
In the day time, when it hot weather I will buy milk from 7-Eleven. It makes me fresh and cool.

I like to drink milk. Before I went to sleep I like to drink milk. However sometime I can't to drink milk, I don't know why.

In addition, milk is one of the most beverages for people in society especially, babies and children should be drink milk everyday. For me, I always drink Anlene Gole milk everynight because this milk is important for bone and tootch. Besides Anlene Gold milk yet have vitamin A and vitamin B for helthy. I ever though the fruit juice was important to health that it is true but fruit juice is the most important for skin. However, drinking milk or fruit juice are the good beverages for healthy.

For me

I like to drink fruit juice more than milk. I cannot drink some kind of milk which milk make me healthy but I cannot drink it. I like to drink fruit juice because fruit juice have many benefits for me and I can drink it. The most reason that why I like to drink fruit juice because it fresh and delicious.
