What do you do when you fat?

If i fat. I would like to exercise 2 times per day, in the morning and evening.Besides i will diet and control myself about eating and try to drink milk or juice instant coke and pepsi.

For me,

If I fat, I will diet by eat fruit and vegetables such as salad and drink juice for reduce of the cholesterol in my body and I will less the food that I eat per meal, Beside that, I will try to do the exercise every day in order to low weight and I will have a good shape if I make it follow that I said.

Now I can call myself fat girl. I know I am bigger because eating habit is wrong. I eat at midnight and sleep at day. I avoid exercise also but one choice that I can do now is diet and exercise. I knoe it depend on me and I will try.

I do nothing, just accepted that. No !!!!! I'm kind of fat right now but I'm not worry about anything.

For everyone who want to get slim, you have to exercise and eating in balance that's it.
