Yes, I can do it. I don't sleep all the night when I have assignments or
I watch the movie that I like. I sit on the chair in front of computer.
I can do my homework and watch the movie, soup opera or listen to the music together. It helps me to stay all the night without sleeping. I'm happy when
I do many things together. It is the challenge for me. I like fighting with sleeping. If I sleep, no one can call me wake up. So, if I have not finished
my home work, I will not sleep all the night. I sleep in the morning or afternoon after that I can do my homework or anything toward. Sometime, before I go to bed, I will close the sound of telephone. I would like to sleep without someone calls me. When I wake up, I will call them. I'm sorry that I do it. I want to relax.

Yes, I do . I don't sleep all the night when I do my homework and read a novel or I watch the movie that I like.if I have not finished I'll not sleep till the morning.

Ohh..It doesn't matter to stay all night without sleeping that make we have unhealthy. But I can...hehe. Some time I have lots of work and I'm lazy, then I ever had did work all night without sleeping. It's bad feeling and I swear I will never do the same again.

Yes, I can. I have overnight slept many times. I know I should not spend bedtime, but I will do it anyway. Because of a lot of assignment, I must finish them on time. When I didn’t sleep at night, I felt exhausted and sleepy during a day. Many times I have slept in class because I have not enough sleep. So, I have to change my routine about doing assignment. I must finish them early before the next class. This is my way to change bad habit.

Sleepless nights seem to only add to the stress. My experience with depression is that when I was in the throes of it, my perspective was skewed. I made poor decisions, and was not aware of my compromised decision making capacity until after I was a wee ways out of the depression. That said, going a sleepless night, may seem like a good idea at the time, but actually isn't. The body needs rest whether you are depressed or not, it needs more rest when you are depressed.

Eating well is also important yet difficult when depressed.

Be gentle with yourself when depressed. If you can avoid it, don't make decisions when you are depressed.

No,I can't. I don't know why, if I need to sleep I must sleep at that time but if I must do homework I must take a nap then I will do it again.

yes, I can. When I have a lot of homeworks or projects, I don't sleep because I must finish my works. So, I stay all night to do my work. Although I know it's bad for my health, I still do it. Because if I sleep, I will not finish my work, I think it's bader than don't sleep.

yes, I can. I can stay all night without sleep but not so often because actually I like to sleep even day or night I can sleep but if I have a lot of work I cannot sleep until the work would finish sometime I see the movie I'm not feel sleepy but a day later I will sleep all day without do anything. T think it's bad for our health but sometime it's neccessary to do it. I try to go to bed quickly and get up early morning if it's possible.

Yes, I can. I can stay all night without sleep when I read a book and I have a lot of homework. Sometime I see the movies I will to see until the end. Later,I feel tired and sleepy. It's not good for health.

Yes!!! I can do it. I can you stay all night without sleeping because I must do a lot of homework that it need to hold in on or before the due date. So, I have many methods to help myself still work and stay all night such as drinking coffee, listening funny song, watching comedy TV program and eating some snack. I always nap when I was sleepy to save energy for do homework. I know my health is very important and I need to keeping fit. This semester is very busy period for me that have many projects from Aj. Thoop and then many projects of major subject are coming to test me after I studied. It’s very busy but this is my mistake about planning to study, learn and do homework. If I stay at home, I cloud not stay all night without sleeping. My parents always control me about my hygiene such as food, clean, environment. Can you stay all night without sleeping? Yes!!!!!! I can do it!!!

Yes i can but not everyday only one night. When have lots of project i must do it finish in the night so i do not sleed in tha day .

Yes, I can stay all night without sleeping. I don't sleep all the night when I listen to music or watch the movie that I like. I always doing my homework in front of computer. Listening to the music together it helps me to stay all the night without sleeping. It is the challenge for me. If I sleep, no one can call me wake up. So, if I have not finished my home work, I will not sleep all the night. But it makes me so try and thin. My healthy is very bad now because of I stay all night without sleeping.

Yes I can. I can stay all night without sleeping for do my work. It is very tried and I think we shouldn't do it. Because may adversely affect to our bodies. So, if the body is weak, we will not be able to accomplish other tasks at all. In addition, our bodies are weak, then we will face not beauty and too shabby. Thus, starvation with sleep at night all have negative effects, so we should have to deal with the time and work so well for relax and sleep as well in the full night.
