If you are sleepy while you are reading a book for exam,What will you do next?

If I feel sleepy while I'm reading books for examination, I will take a rest for a while or maybe sleep. I will not patient on my sleepy feeling because I will get nothing from reading. The best way for me is reading books when I'm ready both my physical and mental health and also my brain.

I think it may happen that I feel sleepy while I'm reading a book for exam. If I have no interest in the book that I'm reading. It makes me fall asleep. If I feel sleepy I will close my eyes and lie down for a while. After that should drink a glass of water it help me get over it. That's the way to relax. I know that if I feel sleepy I can not concentrate with anything.

If I get sleepy reading a book for an exam, I take a few minutes, make a cup of tea, rest my eyes, and drink the tea. That usually helps me wake up, but if not, then I force myself to keep reading.

For me

If I sleepy while I am reading a book for exam, I will sleepy for rest my eyes after that I will walk for find something to drink such as coffee milk these make me better for sleep. Moreover, I will go outside and walk it make me better too.

If I feel sleepy while I 'm reading books I will stop my reading and close my eyes for 10-20 minutes. But if I too tried and cannot read it anymore I will set time in my cell phone or my alarm clock to wake me up for read later.If reading books in that time is very important to me for example;it's reading for my midterm or final exam I will drink some of coffee for read the book until I understsnd it. I always spend a lot of time to read the books for the test because I have to read it in scanning way first and then the second round I underline the important information and for the third step I have to lecture the content that I underlined in the second round and the last step I will read the lecture that make me get in the text.

For me, I think that this situation is happen with everyone, when I feel sleepy while I'm reading a book for exam. If I have no interest in the book that I'm reading. It makes me fall asleep. If I feel sleepy I will close my eyes and lie down for a while. After that should drink a glass of water it help me get over it and walk around the room for relax. If I can't read a book next time I will sleep and get up early morning for read next text. Besides, I may be underline a interest content for help me understand.
