How often do you get angry?

I am not really sure how often I get angry, because I forget my anger fairly quickly. I think I get disappointed or frustrated more often than I get angry.

I'm not often getting angry because it makes me will old haha. But I will get angry when someone is slow when I do the work or when I confuse with my friends. So that makes me be angry. Rarely because normally I am kind. I probrably worried about something but if it not too hard I will not get angry. And I think in positive way (I try) I think don't have useful to get angry because that not the way to slove the problem. I should think that what should I do next. Get angry is not a good thing as well.

I'm not sure How often get angry because I think sometime I feel angry when I hope something and then it's not follow that, when I confuse with my friends. So it makes me angry. I alway control myself don't get angry because my feeling is bad,don't want to do work because I don't have emotion for working then when I get angry I always make me a good emotion brfore work.

hehe..I think every time when someone made wrong thing with me. So that is the reason why i'm look older than my age lol. I'm easy to get angry but I can control my feeling then I don't care when I'm got angry. ^___^

Frequently, I pretty easy angry when I do not like something.
I can angry every person around me that talk something conflict with me.
When I feel angry someone, I will angry myself too.
Why? Because I always tell myself about the other reason, that it do not like me.
Someone's reason is the good thing than me but I do not agree with them.
I will angry them because some time people will not listen other people too.
This is the main problem that I always angry other people.
Almost every day that I must work with othe people that there are differrent.
Someone say like this or someone say like that, different and conflict.
Some time I must mute and do not share my opinion, although I will not agree.
Some time when I quiet, I fell better than talk and argument. And my anger was
quiet too. That time teach me that; when I can hear my heart, I can listen other.
I think that; if I gree with someone that they have a good idea, I should support.

When I'm angry, my hands start shaking, I get hot, my heart rate goes up. but I think is's probably happened to my twice a years, not too often. I get angry/lose my temper quite a bit, esp. if I think someone is saying something stupid. I tend to try and "call them out" rather than yell, though.
I guess I would think it would be better to be concered about issues, rather than angry about them.
