I have to be confident because if I'm always I would not have any new friend.And I will try to present in front of class I think this way is technique to make me confident. Everyone can be change their behavior if they 're want to success in life. If you always shy you will not do the best thing and you can't be a good teacher.Just believe you can do it.

If i shy to talk with another, i will sent message to them. I think sending message is a good way to tell something if you are shy because we can try any word that we want to say to someone with out direct to them.

Yes, I ever had this feeling. When I shy to talk with someone, I like to tell my self that if I still shy like this they will not understand me for sure. So I will go to talk with them everything that I want to say.
