What is your favorite seafood?

My favorite seafood is shrimp because I think is very dilicious for me and have many benefits for our health. Shrimp is an excellent source of protein and selenium. It is also a very good source of vitamin D, vitamin B12 and a good source of iron, phosphorus, omega-3 fatty acids, niacin, zinc, copper and magnesium.

My favorite seafood are shimp and fish. When I go to the seafood shop, I always order the shrimp menu such as Tom Yam Krug, Tom Yam Pla, and other munu that have the shrimp and fish. I think that it is very delicious and we can use it to make o lot of menu.

My favorite seafood are squids and shimps. When I go to the sea I like to eat it so much because it very easy to eat and there are a lot in the sea. When I have the party my friends and I like to make squids barbecue and eat with sauce. I think there are a lot of iodine, it helps my body againts with the goiter.

My favorite seafood that I like the most is oyster because it's very delicious and sweet. When we went to the sea, my dad ordered fresh oysters for me only. Although it will have high cholesterol, I never be worried about that.

My favourite seafood is squids because it easy to eat and easy to find at the market , it's not expensive and have a lot of iodine. I usually go to the market with my mother to buy it. Not only me that like to eat squids but my father is same. So, on special day we usually like to cook by squids.

My favorite seafood is shimps. It test sweet and it can cook many menu. Although it quite difficul to eat but it test is very testy. I usually cook Tom Yam Kung sea shrimps becuase sea shrimp has iodine.

I like every kind of seafood. But I like most is a squid. It is very tasty. For example, the menu that I like most are stir-fried squid with black pepper and garlic and spicy fried squid. I know how to make this menu. My mom always teach me how to cook.

For me,I love crab ,shrimp and squid so much.I also love crab legs and scallops.It's very tasty.I ever been to the sea with my family.We're prepare fresh seafood for girll and eat with seafood sauce.It's the best time for me.

My favourite seafood is shrimp because I think shrimp is very delicious for me. I like to eat shrimp grill with spicy sauce very much. Everytime that I went to the sea I ordered shrimp grill for eaten.
