I like both of them and I can't choose because there are full of nutrient and also benefit for my health. I can eat fruit all the time after my meal but vegetable is different. I can't choose the one because I like them. Fruits and vegetables have a lot of vitaminC especiallys in guava, orange and pineapple. I choose a basket full of fruit because I prefer fruit than vegetable. Fruit are easy to eat but some vegetable have a bad test.

Everyone desire to have a good health and a good shape and you are getting the full benefit of nutrients possible in your diet, so you should not avoid the benefits one.We know we need to eat a minimum of 5 servings of fruit and vegetables everyday, actually now, to prevent cancer and many diseas. The last one, fruit and vegetables should be incorporated into every meal, as well as being the first choice for a snack.
