How do you do when you are discouraged?

I've been feeling down and discouraged. I try not to look at that stuff because it makes me feel so bad about my thing that make me discourage. I have for doing that sort of thing and how bad stuff turns out. I'll stand up and fight with my problem. I'll open up and take a chance and trust at least one person enough to tell them about my problem and they can help me and console me. But sometime I've been depressed pretty much but nobody around me knows because I'm always smiling and seem happy, it all is fake.

When I discoraged I will stop to do anything and think what thing that make me discourage. Afther that I will reslove it by myself if I can't I will find someone to help me. And now I have a lot of works to do, I don't know what is the fist thing that I have to do. I am so confuse but now I have to finish all fo works soon. I will call to my mom I want her suggestion and love so I think I will have a power to protect my felling.
